Step 3: Entering Company Pay Grades

As a minimum, you should enter the company pay grades information. In order to do this, click the Administration button at the top of your screen

- Select the Grade Pay Configuration tab. Enter the grade name and fill in all the relevant fields, then press the Save Changes button.


- Save as many pay grades as necessary.

- You may also fill out any necessary information in the other tabs (Company Information and Company records Configuration), but it is not essential that you fill then in at this stage. You can always return to modify any of the information at any time.
